Do I need a card to start?
No. Start your 14-day trial without a credit card. Add a payment method in Billing when you want to continue.
What happens after the trial?
A trial subscription without a payment method is canceled at the end. If you add a payment method to a subscription, billing follows its trial and renewal terms. Check Billing for your renewal date and cancel before it if you don’t want to continue.
What number sends the text messages?
Your Operlyn number sends the texts. Customers keep calling your existing business number; unanswered-call forwarding connects it to Operlyn.
What is included in the text allowance?
Starter includes 500 outbound SMS segments per calendar month. A longer message may use multiple segments. Growth and Pro have no monthly text cap in the current plans. You can check your usage in the app.
Can I change plans?
Manage your subscription and payment method in Billing. Review the checkout or billing portal for the price and renewal terms before confirming a change.
